Denver is poised to be the next big market for commercial office renovations and a big draw for investors seeking to turn their downtown properties into luxury apartment buildings.
Denver is poised for an influx of new residential construction as the city begins the construction of an airport-oriented development.
In the next year, developers have begun to build some of the most expensive residential towers in the city.
The Denver skyline is undergoing its second major urban renewal in a decade.
“There’s going to be a new breed of people coming into Denver, and they’re looking for apartments to live in,” said Jim Tamburini, the co-founder of the Denver Realty Group, which manages more than a dozen condo developments in the downtown core.
“And the downtown is going to need more condos.
Denver has a great mix of demographics, from seniors to people who have been working in the industry for a while.
The demographics are a great fit for condos.”
Denver is now the only major U.S. city without a large office vacancy rate.
The city’s vacancy rate is around 8 percent, but in Denver, where vacancy is high, a new development with the capacity to house up to 50,000 people is already under construction.
The building, which is under construction by developers with the Denver Development Corporation, will be called The Gateway.
It is expected to open in 2020 and will feature more than 10,000 square feet of office space.
The project has already been approved by the Denver Planning Commission and the City Council.
Denver Realtors recently met with a group of developers interested in leasing space in the Gateway and have reached out to them to find out how much space they could offer.
Developers have agreed to pay $150,000 per month in rental rent for a 30-year lease, but they have yet to make a decision.
The Gateway will be the first of several projects that will be under construction in Denver by developers.
The first of those projects is the $1.2 billion Denver Gateway project, which will include a hotel, office tower, apartment building and retail.
The hotel is being developed by developers from the firm Realtor Group, while the retail space will be owned by The Colorado Company.
The Denver Gateway development is set to open next year.
The project will bring an estimated 500,000 residents to the downtown area.
But with the Gateway project under construction, a larger influx of people into downtown Denver will be needed to keep pace with the growth of residential development in the Denver area.
“It will be a big change,” said David DeRosa, president of Realtory Group.
“It will definitely take the pressure off our office space, but it’s not going to change the fact that our office tenants are coming into our downtown Denver space.”
The Gateway development will add approximately 4,500 to 5,000 residential units to the Denver core, according to the city’s latest figures.
The Colorado Company has also made a move to create its own luxury office development.
The company, which also has offices in Denver and in Austin, Texas, announced it will build a new office complex in downtown Denver.
The complex will include 1,600 apartments, a 500,00-square-foot hotel and a retail center.
The city is already planning a series of residential projects, including a $1 billion project to build two towers on the Colorado River.
The Colorado Corporation of Architects has submitted a design for a $4.5 billion project on the riverfront in Downtown Denver.
Denver Realtressor Tambarini said there are no plans to build new apartments in the area.
The market for new condos in Denver is growing, as residential construction continues to increase.
The average price of a new apartment in Denver hit a record high of $1,619,500 in 2016, according the Real Estate Board of Denver.
