Jerusalem’s largest apartment building, the Beit Hanina Apartments, was opened in January 2017 by Israeli developer Barak Atefe, but it is not yet fully operational.
Located on Beit Lahiya, Beit Hahramim Apartments is Israel’s second-largest apartment building after the Kedumim.
It has more than 8,000 apartments and is home to around 40,000 people.
Atefffe announced the launch of Beit Ha’amim Apartment for renovation in June 2017.
Beit Levanon Apartments was also built in partnership with Atef.
In February 2018, it was announced that the Be’er Sheva Apartments would be the next apartment building to be built.
The Beit Sheva building was completed in 2016 and was designed by Israeli architect Michael Bechdel.
The new Be’ertan Apartments will feature 100 apartments, a new kitchen and two restaurants.
Located at the corner of Be’et and Beit Halah, the new apartments are the first apartment complex built in Israel for the ultra-Orthodox community.
The project was completed by the Beitar Jerusalem Municipality and was financed by the Kerem Shalom Construction Company.
The developers are expected to bring construction of the new apartment building on-line within the next two to three years.
The second apartment complex, Be’it Hanumim Apartings, was also launched in March 2018.
The complex is located on Be’imim Street and is located at the edge of Beitar East Jerusalem.
It is being developed by Barak Amichai, an architect by training, and is the largest apartment complex in Israel.
It features a total of 20 apartments and will have a total floor area of 1,800 square meters.
Construction is expected to start in 2020 and the apartments will be available to rent from March 2020 to June 2020.
The third apartment complex will be the second one to be constructed in Beit Hamikdash.
Built in partnership between Ateb and the developer of Beitha Apartments in 2013, the complex will feature apartments ranging from 200 to 800 square meters and will be open to rent in 2020.
Construction of the complex began in March 2017 and will consist of a total 7,000 apartment units, including 4,800 units available to lease for a maximum of 6,000 residents.
The first units will be offered in November 2020, the second in March 2020, and the third in December 2020.
A lease will be granted for a minimum of six months.
A tefillah is a traditional prayer given at the entrance to the building, followed by a blessing of God.
The construction of Beiter Sheva, Beiter Hanumikdash and Beiter Hamikdars is expected begin in 2020, with completion of the first apartments due to be completed in 2022.
The building was opened to the public on December 5, 2017, with the opening of a museum dedicated to the history of the Beiter-Hahrami dynasty.
It was closed for several years due to damage caused during the war of independence between Israel and the Arab Republic of Jordan, which resulted in the evacuation of most of the residents.
